Festive Celebrations
December 6th and 7th, was both busy and festive for us! We were honored to be invited by the Concordia German Language Association and the Deutsche Sprachschule Scarborough to participate in their Christmas celebrations with a book sale that brought a little extra literary cheer to the season.
The festive atmosphere was enriched by wonderful student performances, including German Christmas carols and humorous sketches. It was heartwarming to see so much creativity and enthusiasm.
We also had the pleasure of chatting with many parents and helping them find the perfect German books for their loved ones. It’s a joy to imagine these books bringing warmth and inspiration under Christmas trees this year.
A big thank you to both organizations for hosting such memorable events and including us. The warmth and festive spirit of the weekend will stay with us as we head into the holiday season.
